What are your modes of payment?

We accept payments through the following channels:

  • BDO Bank Deposit
  • BPI Bank Deposit
  • PayPal

How will I know if my order has been processed?

We try to respond to your orders as soon as we can but please give us 24 hours from order form submission to send the confirmation and bank details.

  • Order confirmations and bank details will be sent via the email address you provided
  • Deposit slips emailed until 7:00 PM (on a weekday) will be dispatched the following day
  • Dispatching/shipping of orders is only from Mondays-Fridays (except holidays)

Is there a tracking number?

We will send you an email containing the tracking number once your order has been processed. Your package may be tracked the day after dispatch through our courier’s website.

  • Please send us an email at info@etestyle.com or hello.etestyle@gmail.com if you did not receive the shipping details 24 hours after you’ve sent your deposit slip

How long does delivery usually take?

  • Metro Manila: 1-3 business days
  • Provincial: 2-5 business days

Do you do international shipping?

Yes, we ship via XEND (Express Mail) with a fee of 1,500-2,000 depending on the country

What is your return/exchange policy?

Unless agreed otherwise, we do not accept return/exchange for hygienic reasons.

What if I receive a damaged product?

As much as we don’t want this to happen, if you receive a faulty product, please get in touch with us and we will do something about it.
