We try to respond to your orders as soon as we can but please give us 24 hours from order form submission and payment.
Do you do worldwide shipping?
Yes! We ship via Xend with the following options:
International Express Rates: arrives 1-3 days from dispatch with a fee of P 2,000 (40 USD)
Postal Premium Registered Mail (Postal): arrives 7-15 days from dispatch with a fee of P 1,000 (20 USD)

Is there a tracking number?
We will send you an email containing the tracking number once your order has been processed. Your package may be tracked the day after dispatch through our courier’s website.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We believe that it’s really tricky to choose the swimsuit that best fits you. We will gladly accommodate exchanges for your swimsuit for another size, style or color, provided that your desired piece is available and that you will shoulder for the delivery fees. 🙂

As much as we don’t want this to happen, if you receive a faulty product, please get in touch with us and we will try to do something about it.
