Order and Payment

  • Orders upon checkout should be final. If there are any changes to your order, please don’t hesitate to reach us at hello@etestyle.com or leave us a message at 09457984638 Don’t forget to always include your order number for easier reference.
  • We accept payments through bank transfer / deposit (BDO or BPI) and PayPal. Payments must be made within 24 hours upon placing the order.
  • Make sure to send us (as a reply to the order confirmation email sent to you) the deposit slip/screenshot/scanned copy for the proof of payment before 7:00 PM to include your package in the batch for dispatch the following day.
  • We will send you an email to confirm receipt of your payment and shipping details.

Returns and Exchanges

  • We believe that it’s really tricky to choose the swimsuit that best fits you. We will gladly accommodate exchanges for your swimsuit for another size, style or color, provided that your desired piece is available.
  • We don’t offer refunds and our policy is an exchange only policy.
  • All of our designs are made with care and are inspected before shipping to ensure highest quality items reach you. In the unlikely event that you received the wrong swimsuit or the item is faulty beyond normal wear and tear, please contact our Customer Service team at hello.etestyle@gmail.com or hello@etestyle.com
  • For all exchanges, items must be returned within 7 days upon receiving the item. Exchange requests outside these grace periods will not be accepted/entertained.
  • Shipping fees (back and forth) for exchanges will be shouldered by the customer.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Our third-party partner courier is The Express Guy for local deliveries. We dispatch your package the day after payment has been verified. Delays and issues on the courier’s part is beyond our control.
  • Delivery count starts after the package has been dispatched or picked up by the rider.
    1. Metro Manila – 1-2 business days
    2. Provincial – 2-5 business days
  • We don’t have shipping on weekends and holidays.
